Refund Policy

The plain version

If a reading fails you, tell us — we would rather fix it or refund it than keep money that didn't buy you something useful.

One-time reports

You may request a full refund within 14 days of delivery for any one-time report, for any reason. Write to us from the contact page with your order reference. If a report failed to deliver at all, we refund immediately, no window.

Human-reviewed editions

Because an editor's time is spent on your specific report, human-reviewed editions (Complete Couple, All Access review credits used) are refundable within 14 days when the report is defective, misdelivered, or materially not as described — not for change of mind after the review work is done. We will always offer a correction first.

Subscriptions

Cancel anytime; you keep access through the end of the paid period. If you cancel within 14 days of a renewal and have not used the renewal's review credit or generated new reports in that period, we refund that renewal on request.

How refunds arrive

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days of approval.
